The Starbright Experience has been almost two decades in the making… Our goal when we started our then small flower emporium was to provide a Five Star shopping experience similar to what you would expect when dining in the finest restaurants or when you are a guest in the best of hotels.

We are located in the heart of New York City’s historic Flower District and are uniquely situated to handle any and all of your floral design needs with the white glove service you deserve.

From Monday through Saturday we are open from 8AM until 8PM.
On Sunday’s we are open from 9AM to 6PM
We are closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

We deliver with same consistent quality, service and commitment to the satisfaction of our clients all over the world!

We are physically located in the center of Manhattan (New York City) and from our own store location we deliver all of the island of Manhattan (same day).

Outside our own delivery area, we are affiliated with Teleflora who is our facilitator for all of your "long distance" floral requests. We have access to some of the best stores throughout the world, who have been pre-screened for their standards and their ability to perform for us.

When we ask someone else in another town to fill an order for a client of ours, we are as confident of the outcome as if we created your gift ourselves. The same standards apply to your ultimate satisfaction regardless of the point to which your gift of florals is being delivered.

A local delivery fee of $12.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. In our delivery area (NYC), we can accept same day deliveries up to one-half hour prior to closing time. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

                 

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Information We Collect

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.

When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. We use this information to determine our users demographics and interests, so that we can better understand and serve our users.

For example, we may be required to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
